| Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo (left), who is the chairman of 40th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting, joins his ASEAN counterparts George Yeo of Singapore (center) and U Nyan Win (right) during the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Lunch at the Philippine International Convention Center Monday (July 30). Romulo personally thanked his counterparts for their support and cooperation that resulted to the success of their discussions and the inclusion of important provisions such as the creation of a human rights body in the proposed ASEAN charter.
