Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo (R) gets a hug from North Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs Pak Ui Chun shortly before the two officials signed a landmark agreement between the Philippines and North Korea at the sidelines of the 40^th ASEAN Ministers Meeting (AMM).
